飯煮至半熟好後
鋪上金菇
鋪上挑了腸,剪了觸鬚和腳,開了邊的蝦
再將加入一湯匙麻油、一湯匙豉油、一茶匙糖調味的芫茜粒和蔥粒在上面
以細火蒸 8 分鐘就食得
** 如果再簡單點,可以用電飯煲煲好飯,才鋪上金菇、蝦和調味料去蒸
