飲品就試了兩款都是清熱消暑、生津解渴的紫貝天葵和山楂茶
味道酸酸甜甜的還有去油膩和幫助消化的功效

湯底好足料 ... 有杞子、魚翅、冬瓜、雞等食材去熬製
湯頭味道濃郁,飲得出無加味精,所以打邊爐前先飲碗靚湯

用豬肚包著雞、紅枣、陳皮、胡椒等食材一起煲
食前先將豬肚剪開,豬肚處理得乾淨無膻腥味,食落去還爽口彈牙
乳白色湯頭香辣鮮甜,飲完靚湯再番點湯就可以用來打邊爐

原來它是胸腔肋骨中間的軟骨部位,口感爽嫩,有濃郁的牛味和牛脂香
