糖 2 茶匙
薑汁 2 茶匙

1. 鮮奶加糖用慢火加熱,煲到冒煙及煲邊開始起泡就差不多 (記住不要煲滾,奶滾就撞不成)
2. 磨 2 茶匙薑汁,放在碗底
