蟹腳已經預先剪開了,用蟹棒一挖就輕易將蟹肉挖出來
啖啖肉好鮮甜,將蟹肉點一下加了柚子皮和薑蓉的醋,更能突出蟹的鮮味

米飯粒粒分明又飽滿,配上鮮甜的蟹肉、蟹籽和豐腴的蟹膏一起食
真是滋味又滿足
這鍋釜飯真是份量十足,應該有碗半至兩碗飯
食了大約一碗的時候,以為已經飽飽食不下去
點知見到鍋底香口脆卜卜的飯焦,一啖接一啖的食下去 ... 不一陣又比我食清光囉 !!!
