原個椰青上枱,先挖清裡面的椰青肉,再將椰青肉和椰青水加冰一起攪成沙冰
飲落去比椰青水更香濃,沙冰味道清新又幼滑

而我鍾意加多點芽菜,因為鍾意它爽脆的口感

第一次點這款甜品 ... 泰式椰汁石榴子 ... 就是被它紅紅綠綠的賣相吸引
黃色、綠色和紅色的石榴子外層軟糯,裡面是爽脆的馬蹄粒
配上椰汁味道清新又有口感

食泰菜又點少得我至愛的 泰式千層糕
上枱時還是暖的,充滿椰香又不太甜,加上軟軟又煙煙韌韌的口感,很滿足呢 !!!
