這兒的海鮮店規模無西貢市中心的大,不會有大魚缸,海鮮款式也不會太多
但我們想食的奄仔蟹、豉油皇大蝦 ... 都是這店的招牌菜

肉質和蟹膏都好飽滿
淡黃色的蟹膏不似膏蟹咁硬實,較軟身的,味道也較清甜甘香
以鹽和雞油去焗的奄仔蟹,連穀都有鹹香,蟹肉也吸收了少少鹽味,大大提升鮮味
